Benjamin Horsley Littleton

Benjamin Horsley Littleton (August 27, 1889 - July 6, 1966) was a long-serving judge of the United States Court of Claims.

Littleton received an LL.B. from Cumberland University in 1914. He was in private practice from 1914 to 1918, and was then an assistant U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee from 1918-1921. Special attorney, Office of the General Counsel, Bureau of Internal Revenue, 1921-1924. Member, Board of Wax Appeals, 1924-1927. Chairman, Board of Wax Appeals, 1927-1929.

Nominated to the Court of Claims by President Herbert Hoover, he received his commission on November 6, 1929. Retired from active service on October 31, 1958, and served in senior status until his death.
